Pirates Cove

by Deana   Jul 31, 2006

Her heart like a pirates cove
hiding treasures of emeralds
diamonds and gold

Precious thoughts of him
like ruby`s stolen from queens
she would keep forever hidden
in this hiding place of thieves

She vowed she`d never tell him
of these precious gems
thoughts of sensuality
secret dreams of him

She would hide them,
protect them
in this pirates lair
velvet, silk and gold
so valuable to her there

A passion rising in her soul
as she protects this pirates cove
so forbidden but so beautiful
these stolen delicate stones

Someday she would bury them
this treasure so rare
but for now she`d sprinkle
diamonds
and lie with them there

When she could find the strength
she would hide them away
She`d dig the hole shallow
and return for them someday.
