MURDER

by Justine Nigro   Aug 2, 2006

****I wrote this one after my friend Andy killed someone in front of me last summer****

He was tweakin
Out of his mind that night
He tried to steal somethin
So the got into a fight
He grabbed his shotgun
And ran to the door
We heard shots
Then saw him on the floor
He turned around
Told us to call the cops
\"Tell them he\'s a thief
So he got shot\"
Youd think hed killed a bug
That was the expression he had
But he killed the child
Of a mom and a dad
He was an uncle a brother
And even a son
Now His life was over
When it had barely even begun
\"Why did you do it\"
The judge wanted to know
Even at this time
No emotions did he show
All he could do was sigh and say
\"It was just his time to die\"
But he left many in tears
Still wondering why
It\'s hard for me to understand
How someone who was my friend
Could kill someone right in front of me
Put his life to an end
The drive way he died on
Id walked several times before
And countless times i had walked
Through that exact door
That he shot a hole through
On the very night
That he suddenly got pissed
And took somebodys life
