My Baby Brother

My mommy had a child today
and we were all so swell
but once the doctors checked up on him
things didn't go so well

My brother had a disease
and he was very, very ill
the doctors had tryed everything
but my brother was frozen still

My mama started crying
and said "save my baby please"
she cryed and cryed a little more
and begged upon her knees

My daddy's eyes got teary
and he held my mommy tight
the doctors had tryed everything
but my brother was out of sight
