Drakened room

by shanai   Aug 4, 2006

One by one
The raindrops fall
Upon the window sill
Like an individual call

Her arms where left alone
As he walked from her life
Her heart was slashed
By a knife so cold
And for that it keeps on bleeding

Until it has bled so dry
And the moonlight has arose
Her eyes will keep on crying
Fro that their filled with pain

Her skin is pail dull and white
But darkness fills her body
In the corner she will sit
To shun away the evening light
As dark shadows fill the room

The room is empty still and cold
Like the beating or her heart
But in the middle of the floor
Sits a photo frame
But sits face down coz of what it holds

Her eyes are red a swollen
From the tears she has shed
But she cries no more pain
For that she is dead
