Walking in the rain
Trying not to go insane
asking what there was to gain
scars, and a lot of pain

Your image haunts my dreams
Your voice is what smothers my screams
I loved you, how did you not know
Ignoring my feelings, it was low

So here I am walking in the rain
giving in to going insane
Knowing there was nothing to gain
And finally being engulfed by pain
