My face in my hands,
As tears roll down my face,
Breathing in short gasps,
As my heart begins to race,
That love was just gone,
With no warning at all,
Thinking of your arms around me as more tears start to fall,
Does it feel good to know that you killed me inside?
That I'm trying to escape,
With no place to hide,
I once felt beautiful,
Like an angel in your eyes,
I gave you all I've got,
ANd in return you gave me lies,
I looked into my future and all i saw was YOU,
I thought we'd last forever,
But suddenly we're through,
Your face, it haunts me in my dreams,
I scream your name at night,
Once you would have whispered to me,
And it would of been alright,
Alone instead,
With no voice but my own,
You ripped out my heart,
And on the floor it was thrown,
You didn't care,
Out love was a lie,
But all i really want to know is WHY.
