The Pipel

by April Davis   Aug 7, 2006

Oh, such a beautiful boy
His face glows in the darkest dark
Some spoiled, but not he
For he was the hope

Through slaughter and extermination
His face was still of life
Like the promises that were not kept
He too had left in Night

Hung by the devil for all to see
His power surpassed by others
Still shrouding, a mystery

The last sign of hope has disappeared
No more his face will appear
The beautiful kind pipel boy
No more does he exist
