I have feelings... do you?

You say mean things,
Not thinking how they hurt me.
To you I have no feelings,
But my feelings you just can't see.

You can't see that you're mean,
Or how you make me cry.
Can't see how I lay in bed,
Wishing I would die.

These things always happen,
They're not a one time thing.
You're always talking down to me,
Like you're the master king.

I try to do something,
You get all bent out of shape.
Then someone else does it,
And suddenly it's great!

You frown down and look at me,
Like I'm a piece of dirt.
You are way to blind to see,
The feelings that you've hurt.

I am a human being,
I have feelings too.
If you are too blind to see that,
There's nothing I can do.
