Angel Without Wings

by The Nameless Poet   Aug 9, 2006

As time goes on I am but a mere form of life
Where as billions and billions have come before me
What makes me different why must I be the point at the knife?
That pierces those who know not the meaning of life and so I show it
I am no one special just a poet with an old soul
Looking for his purpose yet I find the purpose of others existence
But I remain lost not knowing where to turn or who to trust
But I smile at the thought of some one as ordinary as me helped
Many others in finding what they have been searching for
And I must confess I’d rather know I helped others before being overtaken by my own selfish wants. I see now who I am, I am the savior or so I have been dubbed
The angel with out wings, and this is how I will get my wings back by giving nothing but unconditional love. I know who I am now, and now you know who you are. You just don’t know it yet. But I will guide you as long as I am remembered. I love you all my friends and those who have been in and out of my life and all those I shall meet before I reach my end, all those who were present in my legacy and in the event of my demise. Until we meet again.
hopefully others will learn to be angels without wings also, and earn there wings as i did.
