Up beat

Make your life up beat
do it when your still young
do steps with your feet
till your so tired your mouth it's open grasping for air, you hung out your tongue

go to the clubs
or practice on your own
with people your body rubs
feel the heat, it's much better if you're not alone

step by step
don't trip!
have a lot of pep
but please on the dance floor, don't strip!

look at people's other moves
it'll teach you more
it improves
and build more new cool grooves

feel the beat
under your feet
feel the vibration
that makes you in motion

don't stop till you drop!
don't sweat till we do a duet!
