Mirror Broken, Mirror Shattered (Bulimia)

by Fredaeya   Aug 10, 2006

Mirror broken.
Mirror shattered.
Broken hearted.
Doesn't matter.
Crimson rivers.
Acid rain.
Little girl.
Curled up in pain.
Invisible fat.
In a tainted reflection.
Her weight being healthy.
They seemed not to mention.
Fingers lodged in her throat.
Still dying to be thin.
She sees this as a battle.
A battle she can't win.
Her throat is burning,
and with watery eyes,
She flushes the toilet.
Collapses and cries.
Mirror broken.
Mirror shattered.
Broken hearted.
Doesn't matter.
Crimson rivers.
Acid rain.
Little girl.
Curled up in pain.
She cries for help,
but nobody cares,
So she'll keep it up,
Till her esophagus tears.
She'll pretend she's strong.
Hold her head up high.
Smile like nothings bothering her,
and laugh like she couldn't lie.
