A Broken Love

A broken love,
That was so strong,
They never thought,
It'd go this wrong.
He was raped,
She was lost,
Both were hurt,
But they still had to pay the cost.

Distance by distance,
Day by day,
They stay separated,
Neither breaking astray.
So long they waited,
NEver to be apart,
But their long distance,
Broke them at heart.

She heard him be raped,
He came to her and cried,
They comforted each other,
Or so they tried.

You never know,
How much you love someone,
Until you've been through it all,
And you still aren't done.
Left all alone in bed,
Crying each night,
They stayed by each other,
Through every fight.

They were so lost,

But they knew,
