They're told behind doors
It causes pain for people close to you
It takes a lot of courage to tell the truth
If you hold on too long it can destroy you
It's like a disease once you get it
It's hard to get rid of
You take too long and it's hurts more and more
It's telling you that you don't have to lie anymore and it's the right time to Confess before it gets out of hand
It's hard but once you tell the truth
You can exhale and realize it didn't take much

Lying can be a punishment because you can hurt others and never be trusted again.
