The Last Look

by candy   Aug 15, 2006

I walked up to your body
as you laid there in your casket
I slowly took my last look
and that was all it took
I then lost it all I had
I placed a poem I had wrote
with a red rose made of lace
and with the last look
of your beautiful face
I felt lost inside
with out you mom how will I survive
I will remember you always mom
everything you have done for me
the faith you have giving me
and every thing you have taught me
and now I lay by your grave
I try to be brave
not to cry but on the inside
I just want to die
