Hatred

How can I control my fury
Instead of it controlling me
How can I just let this go
Force this hatred to let me free?

Its grasp is hard
Its in my head
With each one of your actions
This fury is fed

It drains my energy
And controls my thoughts
Its a wearing routine
In which i'm caught

I hate the feeling
Of hating you
But I cant seem to stop
I dont know what to do

This fury is holding
Something over me
How can I let it go
force the hatred to let me free?
