Fake Smiles

No one know the true me
On my face, a smile is what they see
But did anyone ever take the time to look inside
To see the side of me that I hide.
Away behind fake smiles and a false optimistic thought
This feeling of unhappiness with which everyday I fought
So locked away my true feelings stay
Until that someone comes someday
To pick me up from when I fell
And save me from this living hell
