A Moment Like This..

My heart thumping faster
as it skips a beat
inside blood running
from my head to my feet

This is the moment
of dignity and truth
It's the celebration of heaven,
the uniting of youth

eyes stray upon me
it's my turn to shine
although i'll mess up
and cross that broad line

There's no way we'll continue
with smiles on our faces
Why am i here?
of all moments and places

Just breath and relax
but even thats hard to do
can you believe these emotions
from just talking to you...

    Hmm... I didn't really get this poem... Whered the blood come from? Otherwise nice write. The rhyming was really good in itself, though I really don't know how I can explain that to you without sounding cheezy... nice job, just didn't get the message, sorry.
