Set Me Free

by Antigone Jackson   Aug 19, 2006

This blade feels soft against my skin,

My selfish sin,

Thinking of you

and my love so true

but we will never be

for you are to good for me

yet my love for you is as deep as any sea

Oh, why can't you see?

What you're doing to me!

Oh, Please set me free,

And kiss my unworthy lips,

Fill my soul with eternal happiness,

Cuddle me until the sunrise

Whipe away my past love cries.

love me until the bitter end,

But you are just a friend.

And I am but a secret admirrer

So I call out to my cutter,

then slit my wrist,

And blow you one last kiss

And as I scream in pain,

No one came..

So with my last breath, I whisper your name...
