Gods Angel

God needed one more angel
he couldn't do without,
he knew you were the one
he didn't have a doubt.

Its kind of like an 8th day
made especially for you,
God then thought it over
and new just what to do.

he would take your soul
and leave memories of you behind,
you would be forvever happy
you were Gods special find.

it would be so wonderful
this life without a sin,
and everything that was bad
would be thrown right in the bin.

    Oh I love the faith and optimism you create in this piece. It's truly enchanting.
    You do have one mispelled word in this line:

    "and new just what to do."

    New should be knew....

    A good piece of writing i felt. i feel its a shame that this poem got rated so poorly. i'll do my very best to boost its rating...5 out of five. anyway, i liked the length, and certainly what it was about, but what most intrigued me about your poem, was the way in which it was written. i feel it was in a simular style to my own. if you read mine (that's not a hint), you may or not agree, but i feel it's a correct statement. anyway, good poem
