You said last night
I think I` m falling for you
I just have to tell you
Please don`t do

I like you more
Then I could ever explain
And hurting you is something
I could not substain

Why can`t we just say
That we are friends
That way we are sure there will be
No broken hearts to mend

I know I am difficult
Some might even say I `m wrong
But the way things are now
My hearts just not that strong

I said: You don`t scare me!
Well that isn`t quite true
Because when I `m not with you
I really think you do

You are so cute
And you really are sweet
That`s why I`m afraid
You can make my heart beat

I will not allow that
From any guy
Then I will run away
Before you make me cry

I don`t know what we are
And what`s gonna happen with us
But please whatever happens
Let it be without a fuzz

I can`t put a label on us
And say we are a couple now
All I now is when I` m with you
All I think is WOW!

It doesn`t really matter
What people ask or think
What matters is what we believe
Just a little hint!

So no matter what happens
Lets stay friends in the end
That way there will be no
Broken hearts to mend

    That was great!!!! Iknow exactly what you are going through. I'm so scared to fall in love again that the one who wants to love me is not able to get in. Sometimes friends is the best thing for you and that special someone but also remember someday you'll have to let someone in. It will be hard but you can do it. Your poem was great it had a lot of thought in it and I could tell you put what you really felt and you are a great person for taking the step of saying it's not the right thing to do to date. I know 5'll hurt you or you'll me and I just can't have that happen. Great poem 5/5

    Very nice poem...It is hard when ur insecure...Not know in gif you want him to fall in love with u are not...Scared that you might lose him as a friend. Amazing poem..Keep up the good work ;)
