Time

by Thomas   Aug 24, 2006

If I could turn back time, I wouldn't, what's done is done,
Of all the gestures in the world,
No one has come,
No one was there,
To catch, from my eye, my tear,
Only I was there to fight my greatest fear,
With time only going forward,
There's no time to borrow,
With a small motion,
I found there's no tomorrow,
When the knife passed over my wrist,
I let out a small smile,
No one could stop me now,
It would be over in a while,
I looked to the back of my mind,
Pictured my best 'bud',
That image lasted a second,
My face lay in the mud,
With a whisper of his name,
My last breath,
A man came and saw me,
With the first name 'Death',
When I finally woke up,
When people couldn't see straight through,
I realized I was still alive,
I can commit suicide, a new,
I drew a gun from my draw,
Lay down on my bed,
Raise the gun, pull the trigger,
To once again be dead,
