One Day at a Time

I see my body image
It's not perfect
I'm not like you
And I never will be
I am like me
Who ever that is
I am confused but one thing is clear
I have got to deal with what I got
Not much change can be done
But I will heal
I will grow strong once again
And when I am weak
I won't give in
Part of the healing process
Is to take things one day at a time!
