You are the last thing on my mind before I go to sleep
The first in the morning when I open my eyes to see.
You are my life and all that surrounds me
Without you my love, I do not want to and can not be.

Flowers blossom and birds sing when I see your face
But every time we meet It seems like something is out of place
To me there were no WRONG words you ever said
I took life to seriously, seems to me I was the fool instead.

And I know of my sarcasm you really had enough :
Please try and understand that I never mean to hurt you
That I only want to love you and that is all I ever want to do.

Forgive me please for the sarcastic things that I have said
Because with out you I might as well be dead.
