Do You Think About Me

When you're at home alone with no one else to talk to, do you think about me and wonder what I'm about to do? And when you're lonely and lost with no one to turn to, do you think about me in those days when I couldn't find my way?

And lately Heaven seems so far away, and I don't know the difference between happiness and disarray. When I close my eyes, I can see your face. And for a second I feel like I've found my place.

When I was lost in a world where no one understood, did your heart ache for me the way that mine would? And in those nights when I cried myself to sleep, did you ever wonder if I had fallen to deep?

And when my spirit finally broke, did you ever think that Heaven was begining to get close? And when you heard that I wanted to give up, all you could say to me was, "Suck it up."

In your darkest moments where pain was all you felt, did the thought of facing this alone seem so unfair, that all you wanted to do was tell me that you cared? But you're too late, I had to face this alone. And you don't know what it means to truly be on your own.
