You were here in my time of need,
your the one that said don't bleed.
You dried my tears when I cried,
you calmed my fears when I could have died.

You stood me up when I fell,
you saved me from my living hell.
Your the one I know cares,
you are the answer to my prayers.

You are the cure for all my pain,
you are my shelter from the rain.
You were there when my world crashed down,
your the one that erases my frown.

Your the one that was always there,
your the one that covered my despair.
Your the one that will never part,
your the one that holds my heart.

***This is literally a 5 minute poem...I hope it's good. (^_^)

    I too write "5 minute" poems. I just always feel inspired and so it doesn't usually take too long to write poems. And yes, it was very good! I really love reading your stuff because you have a nice flow. Jpoet*
