Once upon a Sunny Day.

Once upon a sunny day,
My friends and I went out to play.
We laughed,we sang and had some fun,
And before we knew it the day was done.

My eyes that day glittered with delight,
I felt like an eagle about to take flight.
But now my eyes see horror and terror,
And life no longer seems so fair.

I've learned that life is both good and bad,
And times are happy,but also sad.
