Question: True or False?

by Wings Of Flames   Sep 19, 2006

Standing by the gates,
Swinging black and gold,
I'm waiting for your return,
For that's what I'm always told,

Your reflection without water,
Impossible without glass,
You cannot see your own face,
If your friends dare not to pass,

I haven't heard a butterfly,
It's song could be so sweet,
Does anyone notice the fridge's light?
Does the darkness let in defeat?

When you sleep what is there?
Do your dolls come out to play?
Is science really all there is?
Is there a reason when they pray?

Are earthquakes just the plates beneath?
Or is hell breaking loose?
Was it Luicifer's crimson blood?
Or just a hook on the Spirit's noose?

Do you wonder where your mind shall go?
When it's time to leave this place,
Is it just you in the box?
Or are you now the animal's face?

You are recycled according to The Bang,
But why not recycle the mind?
You are parts of older men,
But which are you to find?

Questions of the greatest minds,
And the answers locked in time,
I cannot tell you true or false,
But just wait for clocks to chime.

Love, it's finally hit me...you're just way too intelligent for me, that's why I never get your poems. I've got to say though, I did like this one, good rhyming....as usual. well, I'll read you later, lol. See ya.
