The Other Night...

The other night i dreamt i was in love with u
bcuz u talked to me like lovers do
you held me close and kissed me sweetly
looked deep into my eyes and told me u need me
but slowly the light faded to grey
i was left with no where to turn, nothing to say
I opened my eyes to the world around
all was silent, such a deadly sound
Unspoken words rolled down off my face
as i began to think about time, and distant space
all the thoughts we shared together
every long lost memory, gone forever...
