Faintly

by Truest Lies   Sep 23, 2006

Faintly, there's a feeling
A seed yet to grow
Inside of my heart, a stirring,
Not for the first time.
Thoughts become confused,
Lightheaded symptoms,
You'll never understand.

Faintly, I call,
Answer my yearning,
Inside of me there is a feeling,
Not meant to be felt.
Tell me that it's not real,
Liquidate my pretty dreams,
Yesterday was so much better,
Without this love,
It seems.
