Life's Advice

by XSugarSexSuicideX   Sep 29, 2006

They come to me with tears in their eyes,
And they ask me for advice.
Help on school, help with problems they have,
Help with friends and family and life.
And what can I say?
I take advice.
I don't give it!
So hear me well, because here it is,
My advice, advice for life.
Live each day like tomorrow won't come,
Fall in love, have too much fun.
Go a little crazy, insanity is wealth,
Be just a little less careful when it comes to health.
Sing a song, give a speech,
Help a friend; give them the words to speak.
Tell a story, have a dream,
Talk to people whom you wouldn't, normally.
Give out your heart; kiss your true love,
Follow a robin, or a turtle dove.
Make your dreams come true; it can happen, you know!
Laugh and play in the sun, rain, and snow.
We all have friends; love the ones you have,
And let them know that for having them you're glad.
Come to me for advice,
And this is what I'll say,
Love, live, and be happy,
For every single day,
Because you never know if someone's watching,
But you always know that someone cares,
So remember, my friend, and heed my words,
Happiness is for those who let the world know that happiness is there.
