Exorcism(DAY 1)

by Chris W.   Oct 2, 2006

We enter the room,
the priest an I.
A boy is in the room,
as we enter he cries:

"I'll kill you all,
and drink your blood!
You better leave now,
for your faith is a dud."

All this was said,
not in a child's voice.
But in an evil shriek,
fright was no choice.

The priest lay down his cross,
between two candles of white.
The Pater Noster we quote,
I don't think I said it right.

I knew all the lines,
I had practiced them well.
But it is hard not to falter,
When dealing with Hell.

The Father sprays Holy water,
upon the child's face.
His skin starts to boil,
I ask for God's grace.

"You all are swine,
I will eat your souls."
The demon shrieked this,
as I looked to my scrolls.

How do we stop this,
my faith is running low.
The demon feels my weakness,
He finds me as no foe.

"Your assistant is weak,
I can smell his fear.
Come alittle closer,
I have something for you to hear."

"Do not listen."
The priest bravely claims.
He seems very calm,
although I can see his veins.

We proceed on,
with the ritual well read,
the boy grabs the cross,
and stabs himself in the head.

The wound is not deep,
although it bleeds greatly.
It pours down his face,
He licks it up neatly.

As I vomit,
stomach fluids begin to run.
The priest calls in the Doctor,
Our first day is now done.

What will we do tomorrow?
