Mommy Leave the Lights On

by Chris W.   Oct 9, 2006

I’ve come up hear to get you,
You have feared me all this time.
“Mommy leave the lights on.”
That never actually helps.

You’d hide under your covers,
But I was still always there.
There’s nothing you can do now,
Come on its time to go.

Ill drag you down under with me,
A place of fire, pain and death.
You may want to call it Hell,
But to me it is just my home.

My hand is coming toward you,
No this is not just a nightmare.
You now can feel my hand,
Tightly grasping your small ankle.

Please don’t try to fight me,
That would just be in vein.
Ill introduce you to my Master,
Well have fun with your body.

I know that your just a child,
A small innocent little thing.
That just makes it better for me,
My reward will be much more.

Daddy will think your dead,
Mommy will always have a hope.
But they will never see you again,
An eternity is waiting for you here.

I hope you said your prayers tonight,
Even though God cannot help now.
I’ve been under here for some time,
Waiting for you to fall asleep.
