A Crippled Suicide Note

by Chris W.   Oct 2, 2006

Your eyes are like the heavens,
they guide me through Hell.
You tell me it will all be well,
though I'll never walk again.
My soul is ever burning.

You remind me of times back when,
I could get there on my own.
You're love for me has not grown,
you see me as a burden.
My soul is ever burning.

I feel like I am not a person,
my life I choose to quit.
Only one bullet in the clip,
I put it under my chin.
My soul is ever burning.

Tears fall down my face,
I know the Devil will win.
I pray to God to forgive my sin,
I now pull the trigger.
My soul is ever free.
