Etched Tears

by Andi   Oct 3, 2006

She lied there in bed,
lights out pillow propped up her head,
tears streaming down her face,
etching lines that could be traced,
memories of you,
her old beaux,
making her so incredibly sick,
the flames of faith without a wick,
her dying soal morned over you,
she knew this love had to be true,
cause her hearts in pieces,
scattered on the floor,
memories of your kiss,
and far, far more,
She'll never be over you,
Her one true love,
and the reason her life was shattered.

This is really mystic and sad, in a sense. I love the mood it sets off. Good job.
