Sentenced to Flee

by miniszlan   Oct 7, 2006

Thundering pain crossing my body and my soul
Feeling, hearing, sensing, tasting the misery which is foul
Trying to chase away the self created foolishness from my blood
The mind, the heart, the desire which will never be understood
Black tears covering my angry face which looks sadly at the world
Gasping for remedy, salvation, stories which have been told
So many times.

Forgive me father for being the bright light
Forgive me father for this never ending fight
The fight of the black light inside me
Telling me to turn away, to run and flee

Forgive me
