Ever since I left.
All those years ago.
I've been trying to contact you.
I've been trying to let you know.

What happened to the promises,
Of always staying friends?.
How come it all changes.
Why does this have to end?

I've been trying so hard
To stay in touch.
Sending you letters.
I miss you very much.

But it seems to me.
That you don't care.
Although you told me
You will always be there.

We are drifting apart.
With each breath that I take.
It doesn't seem real.
Was this friendship all fake?

If all it takes,
Is one big blow.
Then I guess this friendship.
Just had to go.
