Just a fairytale

I really did believe in them
that fairies really took my teeth
I'd carefully lift my pillow
and slip them underneath

i really did believe this one time
that sleighs and deers could fly
and once a year on Christmas eve
old man Santa crossed the sky

and my favorite fairytale
began on august night
a real life prince
came for his snow white

but my life was dead asleep
but with your kiss it just woke
i soon believe your words of love
are lies and every word you spoke

but cheating minds can lurk beneath!

but thank god this is a fairytale
cause if everyone was like this male
we would do much damage to our brain
and in our hearts, we'll feel much pain.

    I really love it, the begining set it up well. I hate hwen guys do that... Someone would think that after a few tries of that failing, we'd figure it out and they'd figure they need d a new plan heh... or not lol ~()~Jessie

    This is a good poem. i totally understand it, too. i hate when boys act so nice and end up cheating and lying. this poem is very great in my opinion.

    Thank you for your comment on my poem "The mirror's truth". it means a lot to me, I'm not quite sure how i feel to be honest, hehe. You ever get that kidn of feeling where you feel angry, or sad, or happy, and you just can't explain it? that's how I feel, only more on the angry abotu to cry section, hehe. :P

    Oh, and I love this poem, so honest and true. :) If only we culd keep living in fairytales and dreams hey?
