Ocean Whispers
I hear your whispers on the wind as i stand here looking
across the sky the waves from the ocean are saying goodbye.
I spend so many nights alone here on the shore just listening
to your whispers once more.
I feel such pain because i know i cant be with you anymore the
day they told me you were lost at sea i knew there was something
missing inside of me.
i came tonight to ask you to set me free from the past of what use
to be your ghost
is still haunting me because we had those beautiful plans. that we made
only included you and me
I wanted so many nights to hold in my arms
and feel your kisses on my lips but now i know i got to let you go
to find what brings your peace so we finally put it to rest
like its suppose to be but i still will be listening to your whispers
on the wind when i look out at the ocean once again..
