Mommy Doesn't Care

by Raychel   Oct 12, 2006

Mommy doesn't care,
If I hurt myself.
I can bleed for hours,
But she never helps.

Mommy doesn't care,
That I'm dead inside.
If I have any tears,
She dismisses that I've cried.

Mommy doesn't care,
That I want to die.
I think she wants me gone,
So I think I might try.

Mommy doesn't care,
If I drink or do drugs.
She doesn't realize it's her fault,
My story is that she never gave me enough hugs.

Not too bad for not writing for a couple months :). I like the rhyme pattern...I can never get it to work for me, but somehow you make it work, wonderfully. The title reminds me of the song Scotty Doesn't Know hahaha.

Ok, seriously now, Ray, your mom does care. she just doesn't see what's going on in your life. I sometimes feel the same way with my mom..

Nice job Ray, keep it up ;)
