Losing the person you love feels terrible
Yet it made me realize how much I messed up
I must deserve this after what I did

And it was replaced with a rock of depression and sadness
My dream of us being together came true
But like all my dreams it was time for me to wake up
Happiness comes and goes
But scars remain engraved forever
The love we had was too good to be true
My life with you was great, thanks for those 3 ½ great months
Hopefully you can forgive me for what I did; I know it must be hard
Maybe one day things can be like they use to be
When your love for me and my love for you was equally the same
