A dReAm

I want to sleep
a slumber in peace.
Close my eyes and,
drift off.
I'm never coming back.

In a far distant land,
there is someone,
who would hold my hand.
In a place,
beauty he would say,
of my face.
In a dream ,
I would find my love,
his heart would be my treasure trove.
In a space of time,
he would,
be mine.
In a thought,
he'd appear,
my heart is all I can hear.
In another lifetime,
would find each other,
again.

I just want to stay asleep,
a slumber in peace.
If I open my eyes,
I will want to drift off again.
I've come back,
to find that you were only,
a dream.

It doesn't really rhyme, I usually rhyme.
