Wake up!

Wake up each morning
Feeling the exhaustion
Consume my body.
Stresses of the coming day
Flooding my memory.
Happiness of knowing
I'm loved by someone
Flutters through my veins.
Exerting myself to the fullest
I carry this class load.
My choices haunt me
My friends encourage me
But one does not.
Through this cycle
My body funs
Hour to hour
Day to day,
And soon this constant cycle
Must end.
