I miss you

by milly   Oct 15, 2006

I miss you.
When I listen to the sound of a piano softly singing,
When I hear the stars giggling at night,
When the imposing, deafening, roaring noise of silence assaults me,
I miss you.
If I stare too long into the mirror-reaching through eyes to soul,
If I stop to wonder why the sky stretches to heaven,
If I devour the beauty of river, mountain, pebble...
I miss you.
The world around me is
a collage,
a picture,
a sculpture,
a poem,
a song...
and it's all about you.
I miss you.

Ok, you listed/repeated too much in this poem, for example "when" and "a" and some others...try to mix it up a little start with new words or a different word that means the same thing.

Also it was very short, try to lengthen your poems. And again the structure was not good, try breaking it up into stanzas.

    Ciao, Joe
