Distance

I love you more than life itself,
More than words can say,
And if life were perfect, I'd be with you
Each and every day.
But as life has it. I know I can't,
And there's nothing we can do,
Except think of me over this time
And know I'm thinking of you.
With this thought in your mind,
Smile and raise your head,
So when you're sad and feeling blue,
Remember what I've said.
So relax a little, have some fun,
Laugh and just stay strong,
And know that I'll see you soon,
And that it really won't be long.
Yes, I'll miss you but in my mind,
We'll never be apart,
Because there's really no distance whatsoever,
