Your Requiem

by David Novoa   Oct 18, 2006

To this day I praise your name.
Night and day I think the same,
Did your death have a reason?
Was it marked by treason?
Or was it all the lies,
That led to your demise?
It was because of one mistake,
They felt a need a life to take.
Dressed in black.
You won’t be back,
To see what has become of me
Instead you listen to your elegy
Who ever did this,
Fate will come to them.
Then it will be there turn,
To recite their own requiem.
