I MISS YOU!!!

No one said it would be this hard
no one said I would cry this much
that one missing "I love you"
that one missing touch
nothing has been the same
since you've been gone
I used to have someone to talk to
but now I'm all alone
I never thought this would happen
I never thought this day would come
you were so happy not too long ago
and now your life is done
I know you want me to smile
but I can't because you're not here
I know you want me to laugh
but I can only shed these tears
I have all the memories of you
stored deep inside my mind
I remember them every now and then
and every time I cry
you live within my heart
never will you leave
and I'm only hoping that one day
you'll come back to me

I dedicate this to my Papa who died on August 28. I miss him so much!

    Aww i am really sorry about your papa....its a terrible thing to loose family....this poem i can sumwhat relate to...except with a friend...he was like fam to me....he just left one day...he was re adopted....his name was changed and i have not heard or seen of him for about 3 years now....its really hard to loose sumone that you love so much....but its the way it has to be i guess,..but we all just wish it wasnt. great poem...very touching
