Waves

The waves crash fiercely against me
The water rises up to my head
Soon the world shall lose me
Soon I shall be dead
No one will even notice
No one will even care
I didn't mean much to anyone
It didn't feel like I was there
Pain was all I ever felt
Inside I would always cry
The life I had wasn't worth living
And so I decide to die
You will not even miss me
You won't figure out that I'm dead
You won't even feel the pain I felt
Or see the tears that I've shed
Now the waves consume me
No part of my body shows
I drown alone in my carelessness
As I let all my thoughts go
