Gloomy Days

There is one type of day,
I never look forward to.
The days that bring rain, thunder, lightning, sleet, or hail.
The days that leave gloominess in their trail.
The gloomy days are always horrible reminders of the bad memories from previous days, weeks, months, sometimes even years.
So why do we have gloomy days?
Oh lets just say,
We need those gloomy days.
