See you again?

I am here my good friend,
please let me know you see.
My life has no purpose,
Ever since God took you from me.

Your son has started walking,
and looks the same as you.
Its going to hurt me to tell him,
Of a father he never knew.

One day we all will meet,
Up where you are now.
Our life will get easier,
But i wonder how.

So let us know you see us,
and touch us in our heart.
We may not be together now,
But God will never keep us apart.

    This is such a sad poem, but it is really nice at the end: 'We may not be together now,
    But God will never keep us apart.'
    It is so true, even if whoever it is isn't there in person they are there in spirit and you can remember them always until you finally do meet again. short and bittersweet - it really is a good poem. Ginnie x
