Not Ment To Be Dead (the accident)

She was so angry at the world,
at him for hurting her,
how could he be so cruel,
and leave her in the dirt.

she drove a little faster,
it helped her vent the pain,
she knew it wasn't the answer,
but she didn't care about life then.

the faster and faster she drove,
the better she felt,
she was getting far away,
leaving him behind this time.

she never thought of the consequence,
how bad an accident could hurt,
she just liked the high,
which she got from the ride.

when she hit the other car,
the walls came crashing in,
she saw a car filled with blood,
and then her mind blanked out.

she woke up in a hospital,
with tubes everywhere,
she wanted to run far away,
but her body wouldn't move.

she saw her family crying,
weeping for there daughter,
thats when she learned of,
who was in the other car.

a newlywed couple dead,
because of her anger,
she wanted to die,
instead of them.
